You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you warrant that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian and that they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Any new features added to the Service are also subject to these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

The Service, and content provided by our partners through the Service, must not include any of the following.
Illegal content
Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes the legal rights of others.
Intellectual property violations
Content that infringes copyright, or that sells or promotes counterfeit products — goods bearing a trademark or logo identical to or substantially indistinguishable from another’s trademark, which mimic the brand features of a product in an attempt to pass themselves off as the genuine product.
Dangerous or derogatory content
Content that incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or any other characteristic associated with systemic discrimination or marginalisation; content that harasses, intimidates or bullies; content that threatens or advocates physical or mental harm to oneself or others; content relating to a current major health crisis that contradicts authoritative scientific consensus; or content that exploits others through extortion.
Animal cruelty
Content that promotes cruelty or gratuitous violence towards animals, or promotes the sale of products obtained from endangered or threatened species.

Content that misrepresents, misstates or conceals information about you, your content or the primary purpose of your web destination; entices users to engage under false or unclear pretences; engages in “phishing”; promotes content, products or services using false, dishonest or deceptive claims; makes demonstrably false claims that could undermine participation or trust in an electoral or democratic process; falsely implies an affiliation with, or endorsement by, another person, organisation, product or service; or deceives users through manipulated media related to politics, social issues or matters of public concern.
Enabling dishonest behaviour
Content that promotes hacking or cracking, or provides instructions, equipment or software that tampers with or provides unauthorised access to devices, software, servers or websites; or that enables a user to track or monitor another person without their authorisation (excluding private investigation services and products designed for parents to monitor their underage children).
Malicious or unwanted software
Content that contains malware that may harm or gain unauthorised access to a computer, device or network.
Sexually explicit content
Content that includes graphic sexual text, images, audio, video or games; contains non-consensual sexual themes, whether simulated or real; or may be interpreted as promoting a sexual act in exchange for compensation.

4. Behavioural policies for publishing partners
Ads that interfere with content
Partners must not place ads served through the Service (including Google-served ads) that:

- severely interfere with the consumption of content, including by overlaying content or pushing it off screen;
- appear on a “dead end” screen that the user cannot leave without clicking the ad.
Accurate declarations
Information provided by partners to enable their use of or interaction with advertising systems must be materially accurate and complete, without misleading omissions, and must not be expressed in a deceptive or misleading manner.
Child publisher obligations
